Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
If the item is in stock at a local warehouse (USA, UK, or Canada), processing may be faster.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the warehouse from which the product is shipped

United States:

From U.S. Warehouses: 2–7 business days via USPS+.
From China Warehouses:
- 7–15 business days.
- YDS US: 12–22 business days.
- USPS ( from China) 10–20 business days.

United Kingdom:

From China Warehouses:
- 7–12 business days.
- Euro Ordinary: 8–12 business days.

Canada:

From China Warehouses:
- 15–25 business days.
- Ordinary: 10–20 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Return Conditions

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Return Location: All returns must be sent to our China warehouse. Returns to local warehouses are not accepted.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.
3. We will provide you with a return link and instructions.
4. Ship the item to the provided address.

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size or colour ordered.
- Items without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
